Electrical Safety Inspections
Assess your electrical system for safety and code compliance
Know Your Electrical Health
Electrical safety inspections assess your panel, wiring, outlets, and grounding. We identify hazards, code issues, and recommend repairs. Useful for home sales, insurance, pre-purchase due diligence, or peace of mind on an older home.
What We Do
Fusion Point Electric provides electrical safety inspections across Coquitlam, Vancouver, Surrey, and the Lower Mainland. We examine the panel, wiring, outlets, GFCI protection, and grounding. You receive a clear report with findings and recommended actions. We can also perform repairs if needed.
When to Get an Inspection

- Insurance requirements
- Older homes with fuse panels or aging wiring
- After major renovations
- Recurring electrical issues

What does an electrical inspection include?
We assess the panel, wiring, outlets, grounding, and overall safety. We provide a report identifying issues and recommended repairs.
Is this the same as a Technical Safety BC inspection?
No. TSBC inspections are for permitted work. Our safety inspections are voluntary assessments for home buyers, sellers, or insurers. We can also advise on permit requirements.
